Why should I register an account?

As a registered user you will gain access to additional functions to check stock availability, check product prices, place orders, and create your favourites list for quick and easy ordering.

How do I register an account?

Simply enter all the required details by visiting Create An Account

How do I delete an account?

To delete an account, please email us at [email protected] advising the account email address you wish to be deleted.

I do not have an account with EBS, how can I find my local EBS distributor?

Where can I find further information on an item selected?

Clicking on the relevant part chosen opens a detailed product page. A clear overview of all its information will be available including characteristics and product information.

Up to what time can I place an order for next working day delivery?

UK Mainland customers can place orders up to 6:00pm. Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland customers can place orders up to 4:30pm.

Can I add more items to my parcel?

Yes, simply select the required item(s) and check out. They will be added to the same shipment if you place the order before 6:00pm for UK Mainland customers and 4:30pm for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland Customers.


Can you send my order directly to my customer on my behalf?

Yes, within the checkout process, simply select the New Address button and enter the delivery details and select the “Please do not include paperwork in my shipment”  tick box above the place order now button. You can also save that address for future use!

I wish to collect my order from EBS, is this possible?

Yes, when finalising your order please select 'Collection' on your delivery option which will allow you to collect your order.

Can I track my delivery?

If you would like to track your delivery please contact [email protected] with your order number and we will provide a courier tracking number if available. Alternatively, you can track your order's process on the website.

I have received my item damaged in transit, what now?

Contact our customer services department at [email protected]. You can also return goods using the My Returns page and select Damage in Transit for your reason for the return.

Where can I find carriage & duty charges?

All carriage and duty charges will be displayed before you place your order.


What is the time period I have to return items to EBS for credit?

To view our returns policy, visit the Returns Policy page.

How do I return items?

Using the My Returns page found on My Account you can find your EBS orders and return parts if necessary.

What do I do if I have a warranty claim?

Download the EBS Warranty Form and enter all of the required information in order for your claim to be processed. For the download link and our full Warranty Policy T&C’s please see our Warranty Page.
